was a time when I just could not get
my act together.

When I moved to Charlotte, NC and got back into Martial
Arts, health and fitness and learning on my own through

Like learning that being a vegetarian will not make you

either.

Then I learned about the power of

everything really started to come

I finally got my weight down to 205
pounds and my athleticism was like being in my early 20's
