Hello, my name is Amur El and there

was a time when I just could not get

my act together.

 

I searched many articles on the

internet and read books but at the

end of the day, I really didn't know

what I was doing.

Was I the problem, well yes but so was the people advising

either.

I finally got my weight down to 205

pounds and my athleticism was like being in my early 20's
